Ra Fury blows more minds than hair dryers. In the past two years he has rocked a variety of venues whether it be solo, with the Break Brothers (DJ AV and Hutch), or Chafo. He has hosted Open Mic night at the Memorial Union, and performed at King Club, Angelic, Orpheum, High Noon Saloon, and Cafe Montmartre. Ra Fury and the Break Brothers defeated all challengers to be crowned the winners of ASM’s 2007 Battle of the Bands, a victory which subsequently got them a spot performing on State Street during Madison’s annual Halloween Freak Fest event. Ra and the Break Brothers also opened up for Rhymefest during the Homegrown Hip Hop Festival at the Memorial Union. Expect many more bonafide headnodders and exciting performances from Ra, he’s just getting started...
