I have high goals and ideals, but must incorporate more practicality, system, and concentration in order to materialize them. I want things to fall in the right place so i tend to be strict and let the subordinates follow what is to be followed. When working on a certain project, i tend to work on it with all my heart and soul...i sometimes sleep for only 2 hours just to come up with a very good presentation....that's how detailed and dedicated I am.
