BOAT TRASH is a cover band, home grown boys from the Morgan City Area. We are a gigging band since April of 2006 and have been packing the house quite often. Boat Trash started out as a 3 piece band, if your wondering why we call ourselves Boat Trash it's actually quite simple. When we started the band, all the members worked on Tug boats so we thought it was only fitting to call ourselves Boat Trash. At the end of 2007 we added a second guitarist to the mix. Ironically he is a truck driver, so when you add it all up were 3/4 Boat Trash and 1/4 Trucker Trash. The band has a great following and we would like to thank all our Boat Trash friends for their awesome support. Boat Trash plays a wide variety of rock ranging from Classic Rock : Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top, Ted Nugent, Ozzy, Doobie Brothers, etc. Alternative rock : Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Weezer, Lit, etc. New Rock : Fuel, Saving Abel, Buck Cherry, Finger Eleven along with some other types of rock bands such as Tool, Green Day, Korn, and many many more artist.. Get ready to experience the wrath of Boat Trash, one of the hottest bands in the area.. The next time you hear Boat Trash is playing drag your ass to the venue and get ready to Rock!!!!!
