As a long time musician who has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering I am capable of meeting the needs of many kinds of clients whether your music be rock/metal/hardcore/indie/acoustic/hip-hop/rap/country or what ever you may classify yourself as. I offer an array of professional microphones, mic pre-amps, and a DAW with numerous features that will meet the needs of any project. Services:
Audio Alchemy charges 10 per hour for all services, the amount of time for your project will vary based on your experience, the nature of your song, and how well you have prepared your material. The following should give you an idea of what can be done for you with Audio Alchemy.
Pre-production/Demo Work:
Are you planning on tracking at a large facility? or are you just looking to prepare material for an ep/album before you commit to tracking? In either case Audio Alchemy welcomes any artist to come in and record demo material which will be multi-tracked and given a quick mix so that you can prepare your material for professional recording at Audio Alchemy or at any other facility. Demo work can be given for a negotiable price based on the extent of the work needed to be done.
Tracking:
Audio Alchemy offers 16 simultaneous channels of digital recording with class A pre-amps from focusrite and presonus and professional microphones from shure, rode, audix, sennheiser, and audio-technica. We have a few house guitars, a house bass, and the new Gretsch Catilina Club drum kit and a variety of Amplifiers. Audio alchemy welcomes any genre of music incluing hip-hop/rap artists with pre made beats which can be previously mixed or taken in multi-track formats and mixed at Audio Alchemy.
Mixing/Mastering/Post Production:
Audio Alchemy welcomes projects from other studios as well as mixing/mastering its own clients. Projects can be tracked here and mixed and mastered at another facility, or can be tracked and mixed here and be sent out for mastering at another facility. Mixing/Mastering at Audio Alchemy is monitored with the Mackie 624 THX approved monitors and KRK Sub-woofer and mixed with Sonar 7 with the latest updates. Sonar 7 has a 64-bit mix engine, pitch correction, and audio quantizing capabilities, drum replacement, and numerous plug-ins which rival all other available software packages in the industry
