I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I am working on my first novel and hoping to have a book of poetry published with my photography. Meanwhile, I'm working, going to school(taking a break for now), taking care of my boys and learning how to play the guitar (I fear it's hopeless, but I'm determined). Did I mention I am a Chai drinker? Need I say more? It's my sanity, and cheaper than therapy. As for the short history, I spent 5 years in the Army as a photo journalist after high school and moved to Illinois once I finished my enlistment. I grew up an Army Brat all of my life until I went and put the Gumby suit on myself. I'm so proud of our troops (and my friends) around the world. It is because of you that I can still sleep at night and tuck my babies safely into bed. God Bless you for all that you do!

I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

My toddler self (so I can relate better to my little guys), more kind, funny and creative people and people I once knew in the many places I've lived. As for those that have passed on... our country's founding fathers, Emily Dickinson, Shakespeare (he's seriously funny) and Billy the Kid (bad boys are always interesting), Superman (I know he isn't real but I like the T-shirts). Nelson Mandela. My dream has always been to go to South Africa and see the end of Apartheid. Only half of that dream has come true so far, but certainly the most important half. As for other people I would like to meet that are alive, if I haven't met you yet, I hope we do. It's always wonderful to meet new people.
