The Family Guy Movie, The Professional, Sin City, Serenity, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and the Matrix trilogy. There are others but I can't really pull them from my brain right now.
Family Guy, Futurama, ATH...ok...actually...pretty much anything on Adult Swim. Even the anime...after recently watched some more of it I've discovered that you don't have to know the plot of an anime show to appreciate it; you just have to be confused as hell and entertained by that very fact.
I haven't read much lately. The stuff that I have is pretty boring; not the least of which is the Vehicle and Penal codes for California. I guess of the fun stuff I have read I must say that the Outlanders series by James Axler were really great. The whole time I was reading it, I was picturing the scenes in my head perfectly.
People I respect include my mother, even if it is turbulent, Gary Cantwell and Lori MacPhail, and my dog Jaws. Jaws get's credit here because he is the best German Shepherd ever. Don't think so? CRAM IT! Ahem...sorry...as I was saying...Batman Superman. I have had several people agree with me that Superman's near-omnipotence is a character flaw and he is lame because of it. Batman uses intuition and gadgets and cool acrobatic moves to accomplish his goals.
