About Me

I am a mammal. I am also probably the most awesome mammal ever to walk the earth, followed closely by the platypus. Unless, in ancient times, there was some kind of giant platypus, in which case IT would come in second. Sometimes, I give off so much awesome that the world can't handle it, and I'm forced to hibernate for several hours to let it recover. Some of you will probably be like "Oh, I do that, it's called sleep, dumbass". Well you know WHAT, it's NOT EVEN THE SAME THING, and you are a freaking IDIOT for not realizing it. God, it's like I'm dealing with children. So anyway, I'm from Arizona. Not really sure why I moved to Seattle this time (there was another time, but not a very interesting story), but it was probably just restlestness, and I'm not even sure how long I'll stay here. I love music. I've recently taken up writing as well, and so far the results are much better than I had expected. I live with 4 other people at the moment, one of whom has been my best friend since the 6th grade. Hmmm...ok, now the shallow portion. I have a kitten, she's cute as hell. I love driving fast, ska hats, tequila and the word "rad". I can play the saxophone. I love the feel of sun on my face. That should do for now.

My Interests

Music, movies, fast driving, and any kind of activity that causes one to be freaking pumped. and i don't mean something lame like, making a really good sandwich when you're really hungry. i mean something like making a really good sandwich while on fire and juggling knives. that would be awesome.

I'd like to meet:

Your mother (whistles). Or you know, someone interesting and intelligent. But mostly your mom.

Music:

I enjoy punk, heavy metal, ska, reggae, dub, emo, industrial, a little rap... lots of stuff. My favorite band is the RX Bandits, as they are the greatest band in all of creation dammit. I also love Green Day, Pepper, Eminem, Gym Class Heroes, Pitchshifter, Catch 22, Against Me!, the Living End, Tool, Puscifer, Slightly Stoopid, the Mad Caddies, the Aquabats, Goldfinger, Reel Big Fish, Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz, Pennywise, No Use For A Name, Lagwagon, Less Than Jake, Death By Stereo, Panic! At The Disco, Against All Authority, Cake, Deviates, Professional Murder Music, Five Iron Frenzy, The Suicide Machines, The Vandals, Sublime, Craig's Brother, Relient K, Alkaline Trio, Fall Out Boy (that's right, fuck you), Deftones, the Arctic Monkeys, and Powerman 5000 (i don't care what you say, they kick ass and they are clearly messiah's from the future. yeah that's right, you don't know a goddamn thing about the future, so quit pretending).

Movies:

I love Sin City, Amélie, Garden State, Unleashed, Idle Hands, Army of Darkness, Big Trouble, Surf Ninjas, Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle, Life Aquatic, V For Vendetta, Deep Blue Sea, Slither, oh man, so many crappy horror and sci-fi movies too, those are the best.

Television:

Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Metalocalypse, Venture Brothers, Sealab, Family Guy. Although I rarely watch it these days.

Books:

American Gods, Good Omens, Really anything by Neil Gaiman is good. Vonnegut is alright at times. Wicked, Sahara... The Real Ultimate Power book and The Alphabet of Manliness are pretty amusing.

Heroes:

The RX Bandits. More musicians than i can count. My step-dad, Donn. John Brennan, (you don't know him, but he's the shit. He can pretty much do everything). Ummm...ninjas. I mean, I don't really know any, but from what I've heard, they're all pretty freakin' sweet.

the soul and the brain

A brain is simply a device through which the soul communicates with physical reality. Thoughts, feelings, memories, these would all exist without a brain. The brain simply allows the soul to interact...

Ok, so, greatest show ever last night. The opening band, whose name I can't even remember, was incredible. Except for the vocals. The singer seemed to be struggling to sing out of his nose. But all of...
