THESE ARE A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS:Cool grass on a hot day, the carefree laughter of children, watching planes take off at the airport, Henry, Loa, finding old copies of JANE EYRE at flea markets and antique stores, listening to a new cd with my eyes closed, first kisses and every kiss after with someone special, vanilla chai, black raspberry ice cream with peanut butter sauce, tiramisu, chicken parm, the scent of dill weed (it smells like the woods after a heavy rain, I swear), the sound and texture of paper that has been written on both sides, the smell of old books, shades of blue, doing little things for the people I care about, curling up in a corner with a good book and a cup of hot cocoa with cream on top, pugs, my family, everything about autumn...the way that it affects all of your senses.
