About Me

Oh my! 25 years of age and only memories of madness and insanity are being kept well hidden under my belt.....or rather not. I'm an impressionable music-loving kid with an impeccable passion for anything music-related, be it a biography about some musician, a movie with an excellent soundtrack and friends with excellent tastes in music. I graduated in B Communications and Sociology in 2004 with a brief spell studying for my M.A. Qualifying. I worked as a clerk, desktop publisher, reporter, in the newsroom and have for the past few months been working in advertising (hurrah :). I love the piano, gig culture, reading and little things. I'm easily depressed and easily pleased at the same time. I suffer heavily from nostalgia and am horribly in love with going abroad and dream of moving somewhere, anywhere. Festivals get me all exuberent especially the Benicassim festival. I have scary dreams about Ian Curtis, falling off cliffs and about strange budgies dying of poisoning. I also want to have the Klaxons' babies and write a book about anger management and planning events. My thyroid's all fucked so I get easily ill; I've given up driving and my car for endless bus trips and bonding time with the ipod. I've also given my zen up to a loving home though it's sorely missed. I do lots of travelling throughout the year which keeps me sane. Since watching Control, my Ian Curtis nightmares have come back with a vengeance but it's all over in the morning. Phew!
