New toy alert!! I've just taken delivery of a brand new Manley Slam mastering limiter ( see photo ). It's basically one of the best boxes money can buy for making music louder, and it will be a lot more sympathetic to the music than the digital tools I've used up to now. I am in audio geek heaven :-)

It's a serious fully-fledged professional mastering studio, where we take people's finished mixes and sqeeze 'em, tease 'em, bend 'em, shake 'em, wave the magic wand, put them all together and make sure that they jump out of the speakers at you.
