Well, I'd like to start off by saying straight up that I am the BIGGEST CALGARY FLAMES FAN that exists...
Alright, now that that's out of the way what is there to say about me? Well, I am a 25 year-old from Calgary, AB just checking things out 'n' shootin' the shit. I've lived in Calgary for well over 13 years and was born in Lethbridge, AB. I've also lived in Edmonton for a small chunk of my life but there's not a lot I remember about that place so whatever. I currently go to the University of Calgary and I'm studying Sociology but I've already completed Phase 1 of my double-major which was a degree in pure mathematics (pretty exciting, eh? Five bucks says I just turned off half of you).
Some of my biggest influences in my life are my mom, hockey (FLAMES ALL THE WAY!), latenight TV and nintendo (we're talking 8-bit NES, kids).
I also like to pop those plastic packaging bubbly things whenever I get an opportunity. It's therapeutic. Trust me.
Some people call me a giant (I'm 6'5" by the way), others call me a craz'd hockey fan on crack. Technically, both observations are true but I don't do crack (drugs are bad, mkay? I don't do them and neither should you...unless it's herb but that's not a drug, right? I'm gonna shut up now...).
If you don't know me that well, I also call Los Angeles, CA my second home. Yes, there is a place in my heart for the smoggy, over-populated, over-congested, sprawled-out, disconnected metropolis of "LA" (or "HELL-A" for native Los Angelinos). I head to LA about once a year (sometimes twice, like this past year!) and I just like to chill, hang out with friends or relax when I'm down there (yes, you CAN relax in LA...just find the smoggiest, most polluted beach...like Huntington Beach...I guarantee nobody will be there and you'll get peace of mind and maybe grow a third arm or something!).
