The north London based band, alongside bands like Sweet, Slade, Gary Glitter, David Bowie and others were instrumental in the rise of Glam Rock in the 70’s. Bob Bradbury (Vocals & Rhythm Guitar), Keith Marshall (Lead Guitar & Backing Vocals), Vic Faulkner (Bass Guitar & Backing Vocals) and Jeff Allen (Drums & Backing Vocals) started their run of hits with a cover of the Billie Davis track Tell Him and then their greatest hit, written by Russ Ballard (Argent), New York Groove. Other singles included Games Up, Love Stealer, Star Studded Sham, Bend Me Shape Me, Another School Day all of which became favourites in clubs everywhere. In total Hello charted 9 consecutive hits in Germany and 2 in the UK.
