..Well my name is Ben and im only 5 foot even. so what.. I bench press 375 now what! Im flilipino straight from the islands baby. PINOY PRIDE 4 LIFE!.. Hollarrrrr.. I weight 175 pounds not really constant though i can go as heavy as 185 or as light as 155 depending on the season. Im fit i can run the mile still under 7 mins which is not bad for me of course i use to run it under 6 but i got older. Im gym rat i love spending at least a couple of hours at the gym five days a week.. I have three younger bros and two older sisters. N i love my family because in the end family is all we really have. I like working hard for my money i prefer manual labor over an office job. Dnt like sitting on my ass for my money maybe when i get older i'll consider it but im young and im strong so bring the pain baby. I live in California for almost 15 yrs i think, but i love it out here. CALIFORNIA LOVE BABY. Im kinda a change person from who i use to be.. the older u get the smarter u get(well for some people anyway) everyone makes mistakes in life, is how u decide to change it is what makes you who u really r. Ive grown up tho i still act like a fool around my friends because they know how i am* ya'all know who u r*.. I have a lot of fake friends out there but i still got love for ya' all i dont hate anymore dont need enemies got respect for everybody..1luv fakeass folks.. Anyways im just on this because i wanted to see some old friends and maybe make some new ones and i wanted to know what all the hype is about. .well im an easy guy to talk 2 i aint cocky just confident thats all..
