Formed in 1982 as an 'indi-bop' outfit and after experimenting with afro-beat and jam-fetishism, The Corbylins have matured to become the spokesmen of a generation and have recently been described as 'heavily dependent on sound.' The Corbylins now live in Dorset with their wife, two children and lodger 'Mentally Disturbed' Eric Oestleman.The troubles and misfortunes of The Corbylins are well documented and artistic as well as logistical differences recently precluded them from taking part in Live 8. However the band have reformed on the strict condition that they never have to be in the same room as another member even while performing. Unfortunate though this may be, it does mean that The Corbylins live to see another day.
