I am not your Yoko Ono.
The sample songs on this page ("Pigeonholed" and "Villainy") are of shitty quality and were recorded on my cell phone that has a recording time limit of 30 seconds. I tried to pack in what I could. Yes, very primitive and base, but the only thing I can afford right now.
"Malice" was recorded by Bunny at her house and is full-length and of better quality. Bunny also gave the song its title because I could not think of one.
I am currently recording an EP at Valencia Community College (East Campus) under producer Bunny Sandefur and co-producers DPU and Robert (said in French accent). I am also currently involved in a metal/jam/summon-the-rain-gods project with ViKtor (carbonbased; carcinus) under the self-created alias "Maegnas Belegurth". This has resulted in four-day long jam sessions that have produced brutal yet uplifting metal melodies that will pull your heartstrings while simultaneously crushing them. Soon.
I am also collaborating with hip-hop artist/producer Kel Jones (aka Kuevo among many other names...haha). Our project is simply called "A-K." We are in the process of recording tracks. In the words of my partner in crime, "we're making hits babee!" It's a fusion defused, songwriting with a hip-hop beat, warm spirits coming to tea with petron and a crunk brass ensemble...a glass of pinot noir with a slice of...french toast. Music to come soon!
I also write poetry and freestyle works. I am the guitarist/vocalist in the band D. O. B. (www.myspace.com/dayoldbread) which is on temporary (but prolonged) hiatus.
