Im a brazilian girl, but I cant say Im a typical brazilian. At least not that kind of brazilian created by the media. I dont know how to dance samba and I dont really like carnival. And sometimes I feel that I just dont fit in the picture. Sometime I feel more like a world citizen than a brazilian. But I do love soccer. Im from Goias, a state in the heart of Brazil. I spend great part of my life moving from a city to another because of my dads job. I love to move. Its a unique opportunity to know new places and new people.From 2001 to 2005, I lived in Brasilia, the capital of Brazil. There I graduated in International Relations in the University of Brasilia. 2006 was definetly an especial year. I lived in an amazing city called Ribeirao Preto, in the state of Sao Paulo. I'm doing my master in economy in the University of Sao Paulo. There, in Ribeirao Preto, I rediscovered the simple life. Theres no such pression like was in Brasilia. There the friendship is lighter and life is more colorful. The parties are also awesome.Right now Im moving back to Brasilia to work. Im pretty happy because the job is fantatisc, but Im also sad cause Im leaving Ribeirao Preto and some good fiends there. But that's life: you are always making choices.The most important things in life to me are my family and my friends. I just love them.I really like to know new cultures. Thats amazing. There is nothing that excites me more than know new people with different habits and different backgrounds.I like to see that we are all different: different countries, different cultures, different languages. Thats the beauty of the world. I learned to respect and admire this difference.
