I'm on a permanent vacation where it's always hot and there's no stress. I gave up a great career back home but I've never been happier. I haven't had to drive, wear a jacket, cook, or even do laundry for the past 8 months. Life is good.
Now that winter is coming in Canada, it reminds of so many things I hope I never see again in my life. Like snow in September and May, scraping ice from the inside of the double-pane windows, the electric windows freezing shut for 3 months on my 4-Runner, the tires flat spotting because it's so cold, freezing our asses off outside a nightclub with no parka on so we don't have to take it inside, -55 windchill, etc.... Never again.
