About Me

TALL, well traveled and funny, or at least I think so. I've been in the DC area for about seven years and just love it here. I work in the field of leadership development and will be beginning my Masters in School Counseling next year. I've been putting it off for years and finally bit the bullet. It's time. I've traveled quite extensively throughout the States (I've been to all but 9 of them) as well as internationally, (I just got back from India and I've been to much of Europe, Mexico, Canada, and the Islands). Next on my list is Australia although I wouldn't mind taking a trip to South America. I'm originally from New York and grew up in New Jersey, but I hate to disappoint you, I have a slight Southern accent. How you ask? I guess you'll just have to find out for yourself. I enjoy going out with friends, am very close to my family and love Virginia Tech football. Other than that, I just rescued a great boxer who is constantly by my side.
