About Me

Here's the short version of my autobiography... After high school and college, I married my high school sweetheart. It really doesn't seem like we've been married for five years, but it's true. He is my bestfriend and I really don't know what I would do without him. Personality wise, we are completely opposites, but that's why it works. We have two boys, who keep us on the go. Noah is 18 months old and is literally into everything. (Seriously, he has no shame about getting into cabinets and pulling pans out.) He has a smile that lights up his whole face and a laugh that is contagious. Gaines is our newborn. Neither one of us thought it was possible that we'd have another good baby- one who sleeps, doesn't fuss alot. Fortunately, lightening does strike twice. I love watching Gaines take in the world, how he likes to snuggle and his peach fuzz hair. Things really couldn't be better. I am lucky to still have both of my parents, who have taught me so much. I am also blessed to have friends who I can count on no matter what.

You just have to laugh

Lately, I have realized that I get too caught up in the seriousness of life. So from now on, it's goodbye seriousness/bad mood, hello silliness/good mood. Where has the epiphany come from?Maybe it's t...
