started in 2005, when Frank and Ruben were jamming and experimenting on their little '

' amps.
Soon Sabed joined the band with his double bass and

Loco Gorilla

began to work on 'real' songs, instrumentals. There's still enough room for experiments though, as they get their influences from a lot of different music styles like

Afro Beat, Avantgarde Rock, Balkan Beat, Garage, Gypsy, Jazz, Reggae, Rock'n'Roll, Rumba, Ska, Surf, Country, Folk

and many more.
The band is still looking for a

drummer/percussionist

that can keep up with our music. So if you know how to get a swing out of some cans and sticks, let us know!
