About Me

Aric Riley is an exciting, young acoustic Americana musician making his mark on the Pacific Northwest. Aric's music is inspired by the great pioneers of American music the likes of Mississippi John Hurt, Doc Watson, Muddy Waters, Hank Williams and Lightnin Hopkins and more contemporary artist such as John Fahey.

Aric's debut CD, Talk About Trouble delivers traditional finger-style acoustic Blues delivered with passion, guts, and sincerity. The CD was produced by renowned Blues artist / producer Terry Robb, and features a steady diet of traditional blues tunes and heart-felt originals.

Setting Aric aside from others is his high energy, sincere, and aggressive live shows. Whether performing as a solo act, duo, or trio, audiences all over have raved about this up-and-coming blues artist.

Aric's second CD, The Long Road, was released in September of 2007. The album, prodcued by Terry Robb, features 10 original blues-americana tunes and three traditional tunes. While 8 of the tracks are solo, Aric teams up with Jess Withers (Jackstraw) on upright bass, Katey Angel on electric bass, and Terry Robb on blistering guitar to round out the album.
