Have been DJing on and off for about 8 years, started off in the house scene as most do, then worked through some progressive stuff before discovering breakbeats (THE BEST BY FAR!!), still don't own my own decks yet! (CORRECTION - SEE BELOW) Will soon be investing in some Technics, I still have not decided on the mixer, so any pointers for a good mixer will be gladly accepted (I was thinking Pioneer DJM600 or Allen & Heath Xone62), I havent got a massive wallet though!!Hold the phone HE HAS BOUGHT SOME DECKS FINALLY!!!Not quite the ones as expected, I have gone for Pioneer CDJ800mk2's with the Denon DN-X1500 mixer & Stanton Pro DJ 3000 Headphones. A couple of my mates are already jealous!! Only problem is i gotta lot of recording to do to get my fave vinyls on to CD, it will all be worth it in the end though...
