My interests are playing and teaching the guitar, computers, both building or using them, listening to music, following the St. Louis Rams, and the LA Dodgers. I also like going to the show or watching a movie on the big screen at home. I also like gaming on the Playstation 3.
I started playing the Alto Sax while in the 7th grade, and the guitar a short time after. After collage, I put down the Sax and continued playing the guitar performing all over the SF Bay Area including the Fillmore West, among the biggest names in the business at that time...Big Brother, Quicksilver, Elvin Bishop, Cold Blood and so on. My equipment include Mesa/Boogie and VOX amplifiers, Fender American Deluxe Telecaster which is my favorite, a Fender SRV Strat, and a custom made Tele which I put together and it's the guitar I've had the longest. My favorite guitar players include Robin Ford, Eric Clapton, Kenny Wayne Shepard, Brad Paisley,Warren Haynes, Vince Gill and Patrick Bradley, Director of The Bradley School of Music, and a graduate of 'Berklee College of Music' in Boston.
Any movie with Rodney Dangerfield in it, Mr. Destiny, Heaven Can Wait, Harry Potter (all), Lord of the Rings (all) The Longest Yard (Both) and Bedazzled. I guess I could go on...
Desperate Housewives, House, American Idol, Scrubs, American Chopper, Northern Exposure and the old TV show 'Dallas' and watching my favorite sports teams...the St Louis Rams and the LA Dodgers!!!
Any books on the history of any cities or towns I've lived in or live in now, music books, 'how to' books (like Photoshop, software and so on). I'm not much into reading fiction.
My heros are Kurt Warner, our United States Armed Forces, Firemen, Policemen, and Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
