Roy is primarily a jazz pianist and has been around doing this stuff for a long time. He's previously spent significant time "on the road" performing professionally. During his long career he's played with such disparate groups as Mercury acid-rock recording artists Sir Lord Baltimore; Mercury funk recording artists Creation; and, Pickwick-Delite disco group Zakariah. He's also shared the stage with the likes of Frank Fontaine, T.M. Stevens, Bill Frisell, Phillis Hyman, and Claudio Roditi. Besides performance playing, Roy has composed material for syndicated and network television. Presently. he can be found playing jazz with trumpeter Don DePascale Sat. evenings at Vera's in Harrington Park, NJ. Besides music, Roy also enjoys little puppies, cannibalism and quiet walks on the beach!
