I was born a military brat to two American Army soldiers stationed on an air base located in Frankfurt, Germany. We moved to the U.S. ten years later. I have lived in Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, and finally Florida. With all the travel that comes along with being in the armed forces I never had many friends for a long period, so I found music as a way to occupy my time.
I got introduced to Hip-Hop at an early age. My mother turned me on to artist such as N.W.A., Eazy E, Too Short, and a few others. It wasn't until I came to the states that I learned about east coast rappers and Miami bass. Hip-Hop of the early 90's changed my life forever, one album in particular, "Tha Chronic". No longer satisfied with just being a fan of the culture, I decided to use my pencil for more then just homework, I was gonna be a rapper. I wrote and recorded my first joints on a little karaoke machine I got for Xmas. I would be in my room for hours, sometimes passing on dinner just to have a fresh ass tape for my friends at school to check out. I couldn't wait to get home and do it all over again. Being a music lover, I developed an ear and a natural ability to make beats. I would produce my own instrumentals to blaze on my Yamaha. My ace was a DJ in the making and had all the equipment. He would bang out drum tracks on his beat machine and it would be on. Fresh from the corner store, quarts and weed was all we needed. Me and couple of my homies form our version of the Wu-Tang Clan, "Kayos Klan:Tha Killa Hornets"... That was an important stage in my life. During this period I got wittier and more aggressive w/ my flow. I became a lyricist, focusing on battle raps and metaphors.
Once I graduated high school, I was directing my attention towards getting in the industry. I had enough of the local mixtape/murder you wit 2 bars live in front of Burger King aspect. I was ready to let the world hear my voice. I joined another group called GCB (Gadsden County Boys). Determined to put our small town of Quincy on the map, we recorded several demos/albums. We pumped our shit through the hood, out of town, and sent our CD's to radio stations in hopes that somebody in the industry would take to our product. To make a long story short, I'm solo now!
