About Me

Rest In Peace, Tim.
We miss you.
- I goof off.
- I love rap music.
- I don't like odd numbers.
- I'm very competitive.
- Duke basketball is life.
- I love to bowl. I know...I'm a dork.
- I cuss a lot, but I'm trying to cut back.
- Many might not know, but I can draw.
- Patience is a virtue that I do not have.
- I long to live where college basketball is life.
- Guys with buzz cuts make me feel tingly inside.
- I'm highly competitive. I hate losing at anything.
- I keep all the fortunes I get from fortune cookies.
- I write for the Augusta Free Press and Femmefan.com
- I have red hair and I have the temper to go along with it.
- I'm skinny and I eat...probably more than you. Get over it.
- I'm small, but I have a pretty good tolerance when it comes to alcohol.
- The thought of hanging out with my friends gets me through the work week.
- I'm going back to Texas in December to watch the Cowboys vs. the Giants.
- People tell me that I'm a good writer, but I honestly don't think I'm that good at it.
- Dislikes: Hypocrites, jealousy, pettiness, lazy people, ignorance, racism, and slow driving in the left lane.
- I'm a big shit-talker. Even if I'm losing at something, I'll still find a way to talk shit.
- My fellow classmates in college dubbed me the "Overachiever." All I did was do my work to the best of my ability.
- I am extremely anal about my car, so if you get a ride in it, count yourself as one of the special ones. If you drive it…whoa, you are on another level.
- I love to play drinking games like caps and beer pong. I am deadly at them, so don't play me unless you want to get fuuuuuucked up.
- I like being called "Little" or "Tiny" or anything that pertains to being small. Just don't cross the line and make it rude and personal though.
- The Redskins, Tar Heels, NY Giants, Maryland Terrapins, and Philadelphia Eagles will forever suck. I don't care how many championships they win.
- My college professors in my major really pushed me to do well and I am forever grateful to them for that.
MyHotComments
I'm 22 and a college graduate. I loved my time at Mary Baldwin. I met great girls and I have lots of great memories. I will miss you all so much! My ultimate dream is to become a sports journalist, either covering the NFL (go Cowboys!) or college basketball (Duke!). I hope to live either in Charlottesville or the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina. I might go to graduate school, but who knows right now. I am working at Hershey Chocolate of Virginia in my hometown to build up a good amount of money. While I'm there, I will look for journalism jobs, so if you see anything that might interest me, let me know! Other than all that academic stuff, I love hanging out with my friends.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone. I'm a very open-minded person--I can hang out and have fun with all different kinds of people. But I would really like to meet people who can hook me up with fun stuff to do on the weekends! And I'd also like to meet fellow Channing Tatum and Linkin Park fans because they obviously have good taste in hot men and music! Duke fans are always a plus also. :-)****

Owens Can No Longer Be This Team's Scapegoat

So as I listen to and watch ESPN and all the other sports outlets, I've been trying to wrap my head around the Cowboys releasing Terrell Owens.I have mixed feelings about it.  It has its pros and cons...

The Dallas Cowboys Need to Grow Up!

So once again, it's not even January yet and the Cowboys season is over. Yeaaaaah, this one sucks big time. A lot of people are jumping all over Wade Phillips' you-know-what and believe me...I have to...

The Pain and Pleasure of Being a Cowboys Fan

You know...you'd think us Cowboys fans were sadists, drawing our pleasure from pain.  But no, I think it pretty much just boils down to the fact that we're eternally optimistic and ridiculously d...

My Dear Companion: R.I.P. Tom Tom

I've always been an animal person, more specifically a cat person.  I think I inherited that, along with my temper, from my aunt. When I was five years old, my aunt brought home a gray and w...

Times Have Gotten Hard for Duke

This year has not started off very well for me in the sports world.  The Cowboys...two words: Tony Romo.  I won't go any farther than that.  And now, Duke has officially dropped out of...

A Surprise: The Big Tuna Retires

So the Tuna announced his retirement today through a press release after four years of coaching my beloved Cowboys. First reaction was "wow."  I am honestly quite surprised because all I kept hea...

What Could've Been!

I was talking to someone about the Cowboys and I remember saying, "Coulda, woulda, shoulda." That about sums it up.  What could have been.  Oh fellow Cowboys fans...WHAT COULD'VE BEEN! We c...

Cowboys Thanksgiving Day Game: ROMOmentum!

So on this Thanksgiving Day, the Cowboys just whooped the Tampa Bay Buccaneers you-know-whats 38-10.  And for that...I am grateful. I feel as if it's time to reflect... The last time Cowboys fans...

My Opinion On The Cowboys: Pre-Romo

So this article was written before the Cowboys and my new hardcore crush, Tony Romo, totally kicked the Panthers asses on Sunday.  I was so annoyed at how they played against the Giants on Monday...

Redick? Arrested? WTF?

Okay, so I dragged my ass out of bed this afternoon so I wouldn't feel all groggy tonight at work, and the lovely news of JJ Redick getting charged for a D.W.I. (not a D.U.I. as many people are a...
