I am here for Friends

About Me

I'm 39 years old and am happily married to my beautiful wife Chelle(pictured on the left & I am on the right, the gentleman in the middle is Paul James from HGTV) We did live in Orlando, Florida only about 5 minutes away from Walt Disney World, but we packed up and moved back to the Winchester, Virginia area to be closer to both of our families and friends.I worked as a Chef at one of the Downtown Disney Resorts and graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu Orlando Culinary Academy. It was definitely an experience that I will never forget.Well I was working for the Bavarian Inn in Shepherdstown, WV for the first 10 months after moving back to Virginia. I did get to work with a Certified Master Chef, but I unfortunately didn't see any room for growth and had to move on. I got hired on at L'auberge Provencale in White Post Virginia for the Garde Manager and I'm using products that I haven't used since I was in Culinary school plus some that I've never even seen before. Hopefully in the next few weeks I will post some pictures of our dishes from work and maybe a menu to go along with them. This Layout was made by Make MySpace Layout.com
