Myspace Contact TablesEl Maliante; A name that represents the environment. Maliante, AKA Julio Cesar, grew up in his hometown of Levittown and Bayamon Puerto Rico. El Maliante, improvisando, was how he became known. He was always on top of his game. As a teenager, he used to gather with friends on street corners, while kids would beat box and Maliante would freestyle over the beats. During a local Puerto Rican party with DJ Mitchell, Maliantes friends persuaded him to get on stage. His friends handed him a microphone and convinced Maliante to rap for the crowd. Maliante did not only rap, but he stunned friends at the party. Many noticed how talented Maliante was, so he was a high demand to perform at local parties. Maliante was then stamped with the name El Rey De los Parties de Marquesina (King of the garage parties). Maliante was performing this type of lyrical talent before Reggaeton was actually Reggaeton. During these times, Reggaeton was known in the streets of Puerto Rico as Underground. Today, Maliante goes by Liante. He received several offers to perform in the past but never really took it seriously. Liante is now returning to the Reggaeton scene and is determined to make an impact the Reggaeton industry. He is ready and prepared to take his talent to the next level. Liante is currently working with Jay P. and reggaeton producer DJWheelMaster Rob. Their collaborated efforts will indeed impact the music industry as their talent expands to immeasurable limits. This underground talent will be heard not only in the streets, but will attempt to reach billboard charts and your local radio. They are currently working on an album.
