About Me


Professional Bass Player and Musican, have worked and Toured throughout Italy and UK. While Living in Bologna (1996) to study at the CFM music college (www.centroformazionemusicale.it) he participated in various master classes (Jimmy Haslip, Malmsteen, Alain Caron…) and took private Blues Lessons. During a 3 days full intensive seminar, held by Gary Willis and the Tribal Tech, he changed his approach to Bass developing a light and natural way of playing.Pursuing his music passion Daniele relocated to London in 1999 to study English and began playing with a Jazz Fusion Band and a Blues Band. Whilst studying at the London Guitar Institute’s Diploma course in Popular Music and Performance (www.icmp.uk.com) in 2005, he took part at several master classes held by some of the best professional musicians on the globe (Frank Gambale, Gary Willis, Billy Sheehan, Stevie Washington, Pete Zeldman, Steve Lawson, Charlie Chandler, Mick Cervino, Andy Abraham).After a year of intensive studying and practicing many music styles and techniques, Daniele Completed the OCN Bass Diploma course in 2006 gaining Distinction and winning the Award of best Bass Student.Daniele continues to work in and from London with Italian and English artists. He is a session player for Mosike Music Studio (www.mousike.org) in Sardinia. He collaborated with Guitarist Dario Cortese (www.myspace.com/dariocortese) on articles for The Guitar Technique Magazine. Lately recorded for Italian singer/songwriter Alessandro Catte latest CD (www.alessandrocatte.com). Recorded for Tolis Zavaliaris debut album. Recorded in studio and actually touring for Indie/Pop/Rock singer/songwriter “Livan” (www.myspace.com/livanmusic), co-produced by David Creffield (Embrace, Kaiser Chiefs) and John Robertson with who has recorder at HCD1(www.hd1studios.co.uk), Beethoven Street Studios (www.recordproduction.com/beethoven-street-studios) and The Way Studio (www.theway.com).Actively collaborating with Italian Acid/Funk/Jazz Band “Bluavio” ,English Electro/Funk Powerlight Band and singer songwriter Naomi Thompson (she toured with Elvis Costello and Howard jones to name a few..).
