About Me

I'm a 1961 model, driving a 51' Chevy... I first saw the light (they called it the devils music...) in my teens and by 1978 it was all that mattered. I ran a rockabilly kinda fanzine called R.O.C.K. from the mid eighties untill 2001. In 1999 I formed Flipside Records (flipside.no) and have mainly put out records by norwegian bands, but also a couple of american and one belgian band. Not much time for writing these days, but I do a column for the norwegian Blues News Magazine (called Hot Rock) and one for Southern´ & Rocking (the Norwegian Scene).

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

People/bands/rockin' businesses who care about great music. To me, great music is rockabilly, rock'n'roll, rhythm and blues, surf, country, blues, doo-wop etc. And it doesn't matter if it's recorded in '56 or '06 as long as it's good, not if it sounds like an ol' Sun record or like the Reverend Horton Heat either.
