Organic Flow

About Me

Originally based out of Oak Park, Illinois, Organic Flow has been providing the Urbana-Champaign scene with an eclectic blend of progressive hip-hop and jazz. They were nominated for best Hip Hop artist in 2007 & 2008 for the U-C Local Music Awards. The core group of five musicians consists of: Zane Ranney, drums; Liam Bird, vocals; Chris Jones, bass; Kevin Swanson, saxophone; & Nick Mangialardi, flute. Organic Flow also calls upon a sizable number of guest artists and featured members who appear on tracks and in performances (Connor Grant, AMS, more...). They will be coming out with a new EP, Gesture Drawings, that is set to be released in the coming months.
