im finally a UCD graduate with a BS degree in microbiology!!! go c/o 2005!!! right now i have a new job as a research assistant at genentech at south city. woohoo!!! =) it feels good to leave from my former position as a quality control analyst at dynavax technologies in Berkeley. why? cuz as a QC there, my supervisor and manager would give me or the QC team last minute projects that may lack organization or clarity, add last minute work to my current tasks, always (and i mean ALWAYS) pick on me to give powerpoint presenations for our group meetings, and do not reward us very well for our accomplishments. so at genentech, i am hoping that i will be recognized and appreciated for my work and not for my flaws b/c that is something that no one should deserve from any upper management. so if u are a potential QC worker at dynavax, that is my warning to u. anywayz, more about me...im shy around strangers, but i open up more as i get to know them. im also nice, but not too nice to act fake. im more of a realistic person who sees and says things as they are. and im not a mind reader either, so if u want to tell me something, just tell me. it's good to let things out. and if u wanna talk, im always here to listen. =) so what do i like to do? not study, hang out, work out, eat, watch tv, sleep, going to rock concerts and parties, travelling, and experiencing new things. =) and who do i love and adore the most?
