Old friends, people who won't fuck with me, people who will stay true to their words, people I can believe in and anyone who will listen to old ska bands with me.
Oh and this guy
Things that inspire me, make me dance or help me to recapture a moment.

Six Feet Under, most shows on the food network, Kids In The Hall, Gilmore Girls, Cho Bits (pervy anime), Arrested Development (soooo goood), Freaks and Geeks (Nick Andopolis = creepy ex-boyfriend), The Office (thanks to Doug), LA Ink
The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath, On The Road by Jack Kerouac, Where We Stand: Class Matters by bell hooks, The Tipping Point and Blink by Malcolm Gladwell, Madame Bovary by Gustave Flaubert, Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy (probably one of the best books I have ever read, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn by Betty Smith and anything by J.D Salinger, Henry Rollins or David Sedaris
What I'm reading right now: re- reading parts of The Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan so I can bitch better about high fructose corn syrup and farm subsidies. Sister Outsider by Audre Lorde, Assassination Vacation by Sarah Vowell, The Art of Simple Food by Alice Waters, The Secrets of Baking by Sherry Yard and various magazines and zines I keep picking up and loosing. Oh and my summer class books.
