There was nothing really of note until 1986. just a standard kid..liked to bmx, listened to top 40 radio, not much else. 1986...that all changed.
I got my first skateboard and heard punk rock.
There was no turning back from there. Life after that consisted of skateboarding and trying to find punk and hardcore tunes and info anywhere i could..college radio, the local record store, MRR, Thrasher mag. Slayer made me appreciate the metal soon enough as well.
The 90's were decent to me. bought a guitar, joined a band, hosted a college radio show (metal, punk & hardcore), got drunk a bit, got straight edge forever, enjoyed the local punk scene (Cafe Ole!) but then started travelling more. Then i joined more bands, moved to BC, travelled the US and got really into hardcore. the late 90's saw me finally tour with a band (only 2 weeks..but still), buy a van and drive across north america, and even more roadtrips to hardcore shows.
The millenuim kicked off in Times Square for me. Then it was living in London, UK and travelling europe. 2002 started off horrible but then it was all good. Moved to Vancouver in 2004, fucked Jessica Alba, moved back. Did more Risky Business action..went on 2 real tours with em and more to come. In between was a bunch of shitty jobs, good dudes, cute girls, rad skatin, awesome bands and chill times.
