Born in Ft Worth Texas. Played in a few bands,Assi Nisi Masi, in Denton Tx, 1995-97, Five Leaves Left in Ft Worth 98-2001. Moved to LA in 2001 and formed Cynthia Foster and The Trainwrecks.Moved back in 2005 after Trying to make it as a "Rockstar." Couldn't stand the political BS! After 4 years of that, here I am back home in Ft Worth playin solo gigs, open mikes and whereever I can. I love to sing, it's My passion.

Idle chatter

So My goal for this new year in My life is to not listen to people's idle chatter. Tune out all the annoying, negative BS, and make My life alot less annoying!
