I am here for Friends

About Me

..I believe it's the little things that count. I love being married! My husband is the love of my life, and we believe in surrounding ourselves in things that make us happy: good friends, family, good food and drink, creativity, intelligence, trust, and all of the new places and people we possibly can. I love to travel whenever and wherever I can. Teleporting would definitely be my superpower of choice.
You Are Lisa Simpson
A total child prodigy and super genius, you have the mind for world domination.

But you prefer world peace, Buddhism, and tofu dogs.

You will be remembered for: all your academic accomplishments

Your life philosophy: "I refuse to believe that everybody refuses to believe the truth" The Simpsons Personality Test

My Interests

..My two adored cats, Romeo and Mercutio. Cooking and eating good food in pretty much any form or from any ethnic tradition. Travel and road trips. Finding that perfect book or piece of music or performance that just clicks with something inside you. Singing whenever I can, good hugs, epic books, loud board games, and my husband.

I'd like to meet:

..Anyone who's laid back, sincere, and has a sense of humor.

Music:

..Anything that makes me feel good - 70's rock, classical, blues, reggae, swing, showtunes, and anything I know all the words to.

Movies:

..I could lose myself in movies for days. Not a film connoiseur, but a definite film buff. I love the oldies, too.

Television:

..SNOOP DOGG'S FATHER HOOD. I love that shiznit! Action shows: Bionic Woman, Sarah Connor, 24. Historical shows: The Tudors, Rome. Quirky Shows: Ugly Betty, Weeds, Big Love. Cashmere Mafia just to see Lucy Liu's outfits. And, of course, the political stylings of Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart, the animated sarcasm of Seth Macfarlane and Matt Groening, the fluffy but addicting Project Runway, and pretty much any travel show.

Books:

..Yes, please.

Heroes:

My hubba hubba hubby.
