FREEDOM FEST 2008

I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

July 4th (7/6/07) weekend, Annies Entertainment Complex and Trans-Fusion Productions will organize and host FREEDOM Fest "07". The goals of Freedom Fest are to promote talented local bands to regional and national status, to bring together fans and bands in Cincinnati's sub genres of rock music.
Freedom Fest will be host to up to 30 local and regional bands from rock, hard rock, metal, and alternative genres on two stages. Professional sound and lighting will be provided by Loud and Clear.
Freedom Fest will feature food, games, crafts, and varied merchandise vendors. There will be ample room for attendees to mingle and enjoy the festival indoor as well as outdoor, as Annie's Entertainment complex boasts a 3,500 person capacity outdoor patio concert area in addition to the indoor concert facilities.
Freedom Fest "07" will create more opportunities for our local bands to spread their wings and be heard. Very few bands are getting picked up by major labels from the central mid-west. This is mostly due to lack of an event such as Freedom Fest. Freedom Fest "07" will fix that. We plan to attract the much deserved attention this city's talent deserves. This is part of what it will take to build a successful music market in the Tri-state area, attractive enough for major label interest. By making FF "07" an all ages event, we hope to attract and excite the next generation of musicians and fans of rock music in Cincinnati.
We need to gather enough sponsors, radio spots, and word of mouth to make this as successful as Freedom Fest "06" was. If you would be interested in a sponsorship for the show, and a spot on all the flyers and/or radio spots, please contact:
