Right now I teach 6th grade Language Arts and American History in Birmingham! I love my job and I laugh everyday! I am SO blessed with amazing kids and I am reminded of that each time they make me smile. I am also coaching the cheerleading squad and First Priority. I think it is safe to say that I stay pretty busy! I absolutely love teaching and I know that it is exactly what I was meant to do with my life!
I have just recently gotten married to my wonderful husband, Matt. We have actually known each other since middle school and went to high school with together. We were set up by some mutual friends a few years ago and were married this past summer! I absolutely love married life, which grows more interesting each day!
I love to laugh and have a good time. I absolutely adore the beach and would rather be there than anywhere else in the world! I love to travel and go new places. I love sweet tea, taking photographs, pajamas, reading, music, dancing, funny movies, being outdoors, and handmade cards from my school kids that I keep in a big box. My husband, my friends, and my kids are THE most important thing in my life and I would not be the person I am without them!
