The Edison Factor

The Edison Factor are the hard dance production team of James Lawson and Matt Williams. They burst onto the scene in April 2000 with the seminal Nervous Breakdown which was immediately supported by the main players, and the pair have remained consistently at the forefront of the International hard dance scene ever since. Their original productions and remixes span virtually every hard dance label in the country, and every major hard dance compilation album worldwide.In January 2005 they decided to launch their own label, Edisonfactor.net, which has already gone on to deliver certified anthems to the scene. So far every track that has been released on this label has been featured on major compilation CDs such as Extreme Euphoria. In May 2005 The Edison Factor Live show was born. This show, which incorporates their own unique use of live instruments (Guitar, Electric Drums, Trombone and Keyboards), has been causing a massive stir at venues and events such as Global Gathering Festival 2005, Godskitchen's Polysexual, Innovate, Twisted and HiFi Festival 2006. This show is set to continue to impress with appearances at huge parties, such as Tidy Weekender 10 and Slinky in the UK and a tour of Australia later in the year or early next.
