My sisters and I would put on a show to Harry Belafonte's DAY-O song. Boy those were the days, we used to dress up in my fathers suits, hats and my mom's pimp cane. I would be the main singer and my sisters would accompany me. My parents loved those shows and immediately knew I had a special talent. My father especially urged me to continue singing.
