Interests? The things that I like, eh? Well I spend almost all my time doing three things. Music. Reading. Sleeping. Other things I like. Inspiring. Thinking. Laughing. Absurdity. Fun. Meditation. Writing. Any artistic endevors for that matter. I need to work out. I've also recently been getting in to smells. .
Intelligent, kind, and creative adults. People that are interested in learning from mistakes and exploring their infinite potential. Dreamers that do. Kite flyers. Drunken kissing dancers. Kitty cats. Non-dogmatic scientific adventures. Spirit riders with heads in the clouds and feet on the ground. Butterflies that hob-nob with eskimos. If you is the type, you know the type. Straight up, no chaser.

Don't worry this will be much shorter. For the most part I am in to movies that are either downright silly, romantic comedies, or ones that show the potential of the human spitit. My favorites in no particular order are. Magnolia, A Beutifull Mind, What The Bleep Do We Know, American Beauty, Karma Sutra, Natural Born Killers, Apocalypse Now, Vanilla Sky, .Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, The Matrix, and Lord of the Rings.
I Don't watch much TV. When I do, it is either the News, PBS, FSTV, The Dog Whisperer, Link TV, Boondocks, Ophra, or the Simpsons.
Ah, my other passion. My brain gets overloaded with information from books so I've set up a way to prevent from blowing my circuits. I cycle between reading really heady stuff like philosophy, science fact, self-help type material, psychology, and spirituality, to brain-bubble-gum. Including mostly pulp science fiction & fantasy.
Some of my favorite authors include:
Philosophy/Spirituality/Psychology: Richard Brodie, Tich Nacht Hann, Sarte, Douglas Hofstadter, Daniel Dennet, The Dali Lamma, Daniel Pirsig, Howard Bloom, Samuel Ramos, Simone De Beauvoir, Susan Blackmore, Aristotle, Alan Watts, Carlos Castaneda, Wittgenstien.
Science: Robert Wright, Brian Greene, Jared Diamond, Richard Dawkings, Issac Azimov, Natalie Angier, John Gribbin, Buckminster Fuller, Albert Einstien.
Science Fiction/Fantsy/Horror(Pulp & Serious): Piers Anthony, Kurt Vonegut, Douglas Adams, Iann Banks, frank Herbert, Robert Heinlein, Ramond E Feist, Clive Barker, Madeleine L'Engle, Mary Stewart, HP Lovecraft, Anne Rice.
Poetry:Walt Whitman, Saul Williams, Alan Ginsberg, William Carlos Williams, Robert Frost, William Buttler Yeats.
Novels/Classics: Herman Hess, Steinbeck, Janet Fitch, Herman Melville, Augusten Burroughs, Barbara Kingsolver. Fyodor Dostoevsky, Aldous Huxley, George Orwell, Mark Twain. Ernest Hemingway, Oscar Wilde.
Comics: Cat Garza, Scott McCloud, Tex, Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth.
Herman Hess's Novels speak to me like no other. They make me want abandon humanity and its trapings, pick up and drive away aimlessly allowing myself to get lost in insanity and consumed by a creative fire that will not stop intill it burns itself out. Needless to say, like acid, I can only take him in small doses.
My favorite book of all time is The Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. I first read it when I was 10 and have read it 5 times sense. It is the only book I have read more than twice. I am starting on my third time reading Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintainance by Robert Pirsig, right now.
