i am stupid electrical duck.what is with all the labels nowdays? its like you can't like mana of malice mizer and not be called a poser, you can't like taking back sunday and not become "emo", you can't like evanescence and not be called a goth. people can like what they want, dress how they want, look how they want to look and like whatever music they like the sound of. you can like in flames AND still like evanescense, of course most halfwits would call u a poser if u did do that but who gives a fuck? also you would be highly discriminated against by most teenagers and would become a freak in ur "cilque", but you like what you like, just because people dress head to toe in black DOES NOT mean that they're goth, they could have the same musical taste as say, the cheerleading prep who comes to school head to toe in bright bold pink. teenagers these days are being so dumb. by labelling themselves and joining a certain "clique" they think theyre opening the doors to a new way of seeing life when really they are just restricting themselves in musical tastes among with many other things.i'm not talking about the supermarket brand labels but instead the every day, more common one. it's given to kids based on their appearance, music they listen to and how they talk. the most common labels today are: prep, gothic, punk, emo, jock, etc. now in days, kids are label themselves because it makes them feel "cool". you find it a lot in AIM screenames like EmoKid, PunkBaby, PreppySlut.
