I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends, helping young people know Jesus better, singing worship to God, painting and drawing, keeping up with politics, reading historical fiction, hiking, biking, being out in nature (as long as I get a nice soft bed at the end of the day), making jewelry, interior design, and cooking, (but not baking, cuz I sorta suck at that).

Hero isn't a strong enough term for my Jesus, but if I'm going to name them, he has to go first. He's the most compassionate, amazing, loving, fascinating, (this list could literally go on forever), perfect One ever. ................................... Next is my wonderful husband, Dave. He's my hero for lots of reasons, not the least of which is loving me despite knowing me so well.:) Dave is everything I asked for in a husband and more. He's fun, funny, hard working, sweet, suave, sexy, an amazing father, and he has real integrity and character. He also happens to be THE freaking genius.;) I love you Baby!! ............................... I also have to say that my friend Alyssa and her husband Chris are two of my personal heroes. Their integrity can not be questioned. Even in the middle of their deepest sorrow their unyielding faith is a beautiful thing to witness.
