Hello! The Reinert-Alumni Library at Creighton University serves students and faculty in Arts & Sciences and Business. We offer state-of-the-art technology, including wireless Internet connectivity and laptops available for checkout, plus over 40 desktop workstations equipped with MS Office.
The "Creighton Libraries Information Catalog" ( CLIC ) lists books, journals, electronic resources, CDs, DVDs, and videos available from our collections. Journal articles are also available from dozens of databases , including "Academic Search Premier" from EBSCO. And we offer Subject Guides for every academic major, with one-stop shopping for books, articles, and more.
Need help with a research paper? Assistance is available from a team of reference librarians on a walk-in basis, and via phone or email. The popular Research Assistance Program (RAP) is available for extended, one-on-one help by appointment, for more difficult research projects.
Photocopies and laser prints are just 8¢ a page using JayBuck$, or 10¢ a page with cash; color prints are 50¢ each. A scanner is also available at no charge! Creighton students can borrow books from other libraries in Omaha, including the University of Nebraska. And resources worldwide are available through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). Books are free and articles are just 10¢ a page.
