Laura O'Connor AKA lols born and bred in the beautiful Emerald Isle, Co. Cork to be exact.Music, music and more music is what makes me tick. I'm a singer and have been doing so for about 21 years - my earliest memory - being 5yrs old singing into my tape recorder thinking I was Whitney Houston!The Early Dayz Left Home at 17 ventured over to Jersey, no not America, the Channel Islands. Parked off there for 8 years in that time I sang and Mc'd with various DJ's - Nice Guy Eddie- Mark Graham,Paul Shore, Stephane and Chris on percussion - Total Dance Freedom. Yeah I know totally cheese on toast but we rocked the house off La Cala (The old one). Terminal State - Lee Dorrington, D&B Dj wrote and sang track 'Four Walls'.The Later Dayz Met up with some awesome, amazing Jazz musicans - 'The Good Fridays' did some gigs @ The Blue Note and also had a spot at 'The Jazz Festival' in Howard Davis Park. These guys are AMAZING and I miss jammin with them. John(lead guitar), Mick(Flute), Kenny(Percussion), Robin(Piano), Adam(Bass), Mike(sax). Played a few acoustic gigs myself and an open mic here and there at the one and only 'SPLASH' St Ouens bay.The Now Dayz Moved to London last November to further my singing career.
