Over the last several months, I've realized that I as a person am becoming more detached and withdrawn from a good number of things, even as I become more involved in them. For instance, I'm currently attending Spokane Falls Community College. I am a booking agent for Under the Radar Booking, and I go to an absolutely insane amount of shows around town. Yet the more things I seem to be doing, or getting involved in, the more it seems I'm just biding my time. I would say that lately I'm seeing the reality of what a luxury time really is, and indeed, how short it is. That being said, I try to live life to the fullest everyday. I do my best to give my all in whatever I'm pursuing, whether it be a life goal, or simply just the goal of the day. I know from the lifelessness that I've felt and found everywhere else, that Jesus Christ is the source of all life, and the only way to live your life to fullest is to die to yourself and let Him live His life in you. I love playing the drums, snowboarding, going to shows, and hanging with friends, among other things. Str8 Edge is the way to live. We live in too urgent and desperate times to be drinking, smoking, or tripping your life away. Contrary to the opinionated, know-it-all I may sound like by now, I admit that I know pretty much squat, and I'm always open to consider new and different ideas. Well this is getting too long, so lastly I'll just say that despite my awareness of the seriousness of our times and all that jazz, dude...ya gotta have fun. The way I see it, there's no point being uptight about stuff. Be chill. Be crazy. Live without regret. Peace out.
