About Me

My name is Fortune(real name Cameron), Im 20 years old, from Goldsboro North Carolina. Ive had many rap names like....Killa Cam, Big C, The White Boy Wonder and Minimum. Fortune always stuck as my rap name because a man once told me that i was fortunate to be a young white rapper from my area. Its hard for me to be doing rap and all that because Im doing all this shit myself, no support from family or anything....its all me...i dont even have money to go record in a actual studio. I was always the different one at school. ..Over 99% of the time, i was picked on by almost everyone. I used to battle rap and i was aight i guess, but i quit because i found out that almost half of the guys that i battled were either writing their lines or getting them online from lyric websites. Nowadays i have my own little recording studio in my house with this raggidy-ass computer and a microphone i stole out of a video game. With so much drama within my family and friends and people always bringing me down, its hard for me to rap and stay on the right track. Everybody always tries to bring me down on how my lyrics are too harsh or wack. But, Im still here and Im always gonna be here, whether i'm going pro, or flipping burgers at McDonalds.[LOVEMYFLASH]

I work on making remixes and shit wit them.I recently started up a group called 'The Villainz' wit my partner-in-rhyme, Specialist.....we got some shit comin for ya'll....stay postedOther dudes i rap wit are just some like my dawgs from The Burg, Bonafied, and Blankman.I will work with about anyone, just as long as they dont want to do something that has a dance or some shit like that. Too many people are trying to make a song and then have a dance with it.
Influences: A whole lot of my influences come from Eminem and all of the Shady Aftermath. I also draw some inspiration from old school shit like NWA, and Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. Most of my raps come from off the top of the head or from shit that's goin on in my life. If i have something on my mind, i'll pick up a pen and paper and just start writing and scribbling words down, sometimes i'll have writers block, but i'll eventually find the words to come out.R.I.P BIG PROOF
