About Me

Hi, my name is Maren. I am from Germany and moved to Venice Beach, California about 5 years ago. I love the Ocean, the Sunshine, all kinds of Sports, happy people, like to laugh and have Fun. I am a Personal Fitness Trainer, Kickboxing Instructor and Massage Therapist here in Venice Beach, CA. Most of my Fitness Clients I train at their home, outdoors or at a Private Gym here in L.A. My Personal Training Sessions are individual tailored to my clients needs and goals and I incooperate a large variety of different exercises styles, like Bodyweight-/Strength Training Exercises, Pilates Mat, Yoga, Boxing and much more. I personal believe in Bodyweight Exercises like Pull ups &amp; Push ups - both in different variations and Running.
