About Me

"Women who live the life of their dreams don't get there by being dainty and darling. They demand what they want and do what it takes to make it happen. [That] could mean breaking a few rules, a few hearts and a few habits along the way, especially the habit of apologizing for who you are." - Laurie Sue BrockwayI love San Diego and have lived here for 4 years now. I'm a native of Los Angeles and no matter how much LA bothers me, I will always consider it "home." My family is one of the most important things to me - I am one of 5 kids and love my siblings fiercely, even though I'd really like to throttle them most of the time! I work for a company that takes care of my basic needs, and go to school in the evenings for a career that I have wanted all my life! The road is long but, in the end, it will all be worth it! I have great friends- some new, some old- and a desire to experience as much as I can of life. I am a Christian and I aspire to reflect that in my choices... Not perfect by any stretch! My goal is to take one step closer everyday to the person I'm intended to be. I am a member of Flood San Diego (www.DIVEintoFLOOD.com) and I LOVE it!!! I credit it with keeping me centered. You'll most likely find me there on any given Sunday night! One of my favorite things in the whole world is being the best aunt possible to eight of the most adorable children you'll ever see... They are literally the center of my universe and have taught me more about patience than I could've ever learned on my own!
..******************************************That's me... in a nutshell. If you'd like to know more, feel free to ask... I'm a relatively open book. This layout is from WhateverLife.com; get yours today!

I'd like to meet:

Honestly, I'm game to meet just about anyone that has a positive outlook on life and is friendly! What you put into life is what you most certainly will get out of it! I do LOVE to laugh and I LOVE to be intellectually stimulated so, if you can do either one, you are totally welcome to hit me up!!!I'm definitely up for meeting anyone that shares the same ethics or has moral values. Unfortunately, there are just not enough people these days that have those attributes.************************************************* **********On a side note, if I don't know you, please don't ask me to be your "friend"... Start a conversation with me, see what I'm about, and let me do the same...

The Keys to Your Heart

You are attracted to those who are unbridled, untrammeled, and free.
In love, you feel the most alive when things are straight-forward, and you're told that you're loved.
You'd like to your lover to think you are optimistic and happy.
You would be forced to break up with someone who was emotional, moody, and difficult to please.
Your ideal relationship is open. Both of you can talk about everything... no secrets.
Your risk of cheating is zero. You care about society and morality. You would never break a commitment.
You think of marriage as something precious. You'll treasure marriage and treat it as sacred.
In this moment, you think of love as something you thirst for. You'll do anything for love, but you won't fall for it easily. What Are The Keys To Your Heart?
