About Me

I have a tender heart. I am often frank with people. I seem to be my own opposite in many ways. I don't like to swim underwater. I like having a job but don't like to work. I can't sing very well. I love to travel. I could eat Mexican food every day and be very happy with it. I wish I could play an instrument. I prefer movies with happy endings. I want someone to tell me what I'm supposed to do with my life. I get angry with inconsiderate people. I pretend to know song lyrics. I am horrible at knowing pop culture facts. I like eating SnowCaps and Nestle Buncha Crunch at the movies (I don't know spelled those right). I drink diet soda- I prefer Pepsi. I have a hard time picking a favorite anything. I want to take hobby classes when I "grow up." I hate spending time alone, as a rule. I love having random conversations. I thank God for all of the blessings He has given me.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I'm not here to meet anyone. I just like to read about what my friends have to say and look at their pictures. :)

Music:

I like all music. Notice I didn't say love. Some people (like both of my roommates) LOVE music. I am entertained by it, but that's about it. I do have music preferences, but I still don't love it.

Movies:

I tend to get distracted in movies that are slow paced, violent and gory, or scary. Really, I just like action, romantic comedy, drama, and documentaries.

Television:

I usually only watch the local news and maybe Jeopardy if I'm lucky. Sometimes I'll catch a made-for-tv movie. I also like to flip between the Discovery, History, and Weather channels.

Books:

I love to read. I recently re-discovered how much I love the book The Island of the Blue Dolphins. Aside from that, I read the Bible, and life books.
